The Torneria FB is specialized in the construction and regeneration of:

• Rolls on its own design and on customer's drawings for the production of welded tubes.
• Rolls on customer's drawings for the production of special sections.
• Rolls on customer's drawings for the production of rims.

The raw materials used in construction of the rolls are:

• Tool steel 1.2379 (X155CrVMo121KU).
• Tool steel 1.2080 (X205Cr12KU).
• Tool steel 1.2343 (X37CrMoV51KU).
• Tool steel 1.2344 (X40CrMoV51.1KU).
• Special bronze alloys (hardness up to 360 Brinell).

The steel rolls are subjected to heat treatment to achieve the required hardness. The treatment can be performed in order to allow a subsequent application of a coating layer, without compromise the hardness of the material. All the rolls manufactured by Torneria F.B. are grinded in the working area to ensure the maximum performance.
